City tour
To discover the beauty of Buenos Aires we will visit its Civic Center: the impressive National Congress and Plaza de Mayo (May Square) surrounded by Government House (Casa Rosada), the Metropolitan Cathedral and City Hall (Cabildo) from colonial days. We will see the famous Teatro Colón, one of the worlds best known opera houses. Next, we will tour the traditional barrio of San Telmo where the magical atmosphere of the district will take you back in time. (Sunday visits include the Flea Market). We will then stop at La Boca, and you will observe its picturesque and colourful arquitecture.
We will continue to the residential neighbourhood of Palermo and visit the City Zoo, Palermo Park an the Planetarium. Finally, we will go to Recoleta, with its famous cemetry, elegant boutiques, gourmet restaurants and side walk cafes under the ficus (gomeros). At the end of the tour you can choose to have lunch at the world famous Hard Rock Café (Mon. through Sat., after the daytime city tour).

Don’t miss this excursion. Start with a visit
to the famous San Telmo.
Market where you ‘ll be able to see typical
antiques in Buenos Aires.
Have lunch at "El Restoran del
Viejo Almacen"
and afterwards have the opportunity to see professional tango dancers perform.
At the end they will teach us some tango.
 
 
 
Buenos Aires at night

Buenos Aires has a varied night life, which extends to early hours of the morning, and eating is part of the fun for most porteños. Night tours consist of dinner at La Estancia restaurant with first class typical meals, including wine and soft drinks, a tango and folklore show at La Ventana or, dinner and show at La Ventana. The other option is a dinner and show at Piazzola Tango, ComplejoTango, Michelangelo, Señor Tango and El Viejo Almacén. Don’t go to bed early

 
 
 
Visit a typical Argentine “Estancia”
Don’t miss the pleasure of visiting a typical Argentine “Estancia”, taste an “empanada” (meat pie) and enjoy a traditional “asado” (barbecue) served with superb Argentine wines. You will enjoy live folklore music and tango, attend a gaucho display of riding abilities, including a typical “sortija” race and, if you wish, you can ride horseback or in a carriage (sulky). La Estancia Santa Susana is only 70 kms. away from Buenos Aires.
 
 
 
Tren de la Costa (riverside train) and Delta del Tigre
On our way to Tigre, which is 30kms away from Buenos Aires, we will visit the northern residential suburbs of the city. We will tour Avenida del Libertador driving past the Presidential “Quinta” in Olivos. We will then board the Tren de la Costa (riverside train) from which we will see luxurious homes ans mansions overlooking the River Plate and will get off in San Isidro, one of the few remaining sites where old style romanticism is still alive. Arriving at Tigre we will board an Interisleña catamarán from which we will view the exotic subtropical forest of the Paraná River Delta, a 14.000 square kilometer area comprising thousands of islands and islets.
